Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to pctitoner.com and purchases from Print Cartridge Technologies, Inc. (“PCTI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Effective July 22, 20261. Website use
You may use this website only for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes. You may not interfere with website operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest data without permission, impersonate another person, or use website content in a way that violates applicable law or another party’s rights.
2. Customer accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity conducted through your account. Notify PCTI promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization. PCTI may suspend or terminate accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully, or contrary to these terms.
3. Product information and compatibility
We work to keep descriptions, images, specifications, compatibility information, availability, and pricing accurate. Typographical errors, supplier changes, manufacturer changes, and technical inaccuracies may occur. Product images may be representative, and packaging may change without notice.
Customers are responsible for verifying the product number and printer or device compatibility before ordering. Contact PCTI if you need help identifying the correct supply.
4. Compatible-product identification
Manufacturer names, printer models, and OEM product numbers may be used only to identify compatibility. Unless expressly identified as an OEM product, a compatible or remanufactured product is not manufactured, sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with the original equipment manufacturer. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
5. Prices, quotations, and taxes
Prices and promotions may change without notice. A website price or quotation may be corrected before shipment when it results from an error. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, freight, or other applicable charges. Customers claiming tax exemption must provide acceptable documentation before the order is completed.
6. Orders and acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. PCTI may accept, reject, limit, hold, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, pricing or description errors, payment review, suspected fraud, shipping limitations, supplier restrictions, or an inability to verify information. If a canceled order was charged, the applicable amount will be refunded.
7. Payment
You authorize PCTI and its payment providers to charge the payment method you select for the order total and any authorized adjustments. Payment information is processed by authorized payment service providers. Customers approved for invoiced terms must pay according to the stated terms and remain responsible for lawful collection costs associated with overdue balances.
8. Shipping, delivery, and risk
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless PCTI expressly confirms a guaranteed service in writing. Title and risk of loss pass as provided by applicable law and the carrier’s terms. Customers must provide an accurate, deliverable address and inspect shipments promptly.
9. Returns and warranty
Returns require prior authorization and are governed by our Returns & RMA Policy. Eligible compatible and remanufactured cartridges are covered by the limited support described in our Warranty Information. Manufacturer warranties apply to OEM and other manufacturer-branded products where available.
10. Business purchases and resale
Unless PCTI agrees otherwise in writing, products are sold for the purchaser’s own use and not for unauthorized resale, export, or diversion. Business purchasers represent that the person submitting an order has authority to bind the purchasing organization.
11. Website content and intellectual property
The PCTI name, website design, original text, graphics, and other PCTI-owned materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for shopping or internal business use, but may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit them without written permission.
12. Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to services operated by third parties. PCTI is not responsible for third-party websites, content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by separate terms.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
Except for an express written product warranty provided by PCTI or a manufacturer, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” PCTI disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. Rights that cannot legally be disclaimed remain unaffected.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PCTI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or substitute-product costs. PCTI’s aggregate liability arising from a product or order will not exceed the amount paid to PCTI for the product or order giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations, so they may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PCTI harmless from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, your material violation of these terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.
16. Events beyond our control
PCTI is not responsible for delays or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including carrier interruptions, supplier shortages, severe weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, utility or network failures, cyber incidents, government action, epidemics, or transportation disruptions.
17. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, disputes shall be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction over York County, Pennsylvania, and the parties consent to that venue.
18. Severability and waiver
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective, and the unenforceable provision will be enforced to the greatest lawful extent. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
19. Changes to these terms
PCTI may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively after posting. Your continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
